Unitemps needed a website, which could run and manage the whole of the employment process online. It needed to contain easy to use functions that both their clients and candidates could use to manage all their jobs online and take the pressure off the Unitemps office team.

The Unitemps website contains more advanced functionality than any other Boxharry website. We developed a number of bespoke recruitment tools to meet their needs and enable them to effectively manage the whole employment process online. There are specialised portals for both clients and candidates where they can log on and manage everything relating to their jobs and employment.

For clients we developed a number of features including:

• A tool so they can monitor the recruitment process and see how many of their vacancies have been filled
• Run a skills search to find suitable candidates
• A record of who worked on which jobs to help them with their reporting
• A feedback tool so they can comment on candidates
• A timesheet approval system where they can check workers’ hours and approve them, which then links directly with their payroll system
• For candidates we developed a number of features including:
• Easy to use skills and experience section, which is easy to fill out and update
• Advanced job search with extended criteria options so the can narrow the search down to jobs that suit their skills
• They are able to follow the recruitment process and see what is happening with their applications
• Online timesheets which they can save and edit so they keep an accurate record of all their hours
• Timesheets are linked to the client side for approval and payment and they can follow the payment process

• A website that is a one-stop-shop, which allows both clients and candidates to manage the whole recruitment and employment process online via their own personal portal
• A site that is completely transparent so clients and candidates can see what is happening throughout the employment process
• Great flexibility so clients and candidates can manage everything themselves without a third party
• A site that can cope with the high traffic it receives and still function effectively.
