As a key component of their Master Vendor agreement with one of the country’s largest Care Home companies, Four Seasons Healthcare, Jark Healthcare needed to implement an online system for the booking and management of temporary care home staff.
Recognising that an off-the-shelf system could not provide all of the essential services they required to manage their client’s needs, Jark asked Boxharry to configure our Temp Manager system for their use.
Our Temp Manager system was ideally suited to their requirements as it uses industry best-practice standardised components with the versatility to customise these key tools to suit the specific needs of the contract.
We developed and implemented an online VMS system designed to enable Care Home Managers to request temporary staff.
The system enables individual Care Home Managers to log in and requests temporary staff. Using a shopping basket approach, Care Home Managers can submit requests for multiple staff, which enables them to plan and manage staffing levels effectively.
Managers can also appraise temp staff on a shift-by-shift basis via the portal, providing vital feedback for the vendor.
The recruitment consultants log into their Hub to view and manage temp staff requests, including Filling Shifts with appropriate staff and, where necessary, passing shifts to 1st Tier Suppliers.
Our dashboard includes a traffic light system enables the Recruitment specialist to see at a glance the status of orders on the system.
